AmeriTex Machine & Fab, established in 2004, has set the standard in custom metal fabrication & machining with a combined 57 years of experience at the helm. Consistent growth of our satisfied customer base has allowed our recent completion of a new 35,000 sq.ft. air conditioned facility on 18 acres in Willis, TX. We employ approximately 50 outstanding people, providing advanced technology custom fabrication including laser cutting, punching, fabrication and machining all under one roof.

• Medium to heavy gauge steel, stainless steel, aluminum
  and copper custom parts for the electrical, industrial and
  petrochemical industries

•  1 off prototype, short run and high volume

•  Panels, covers, brackets & hoods

•  Copper bus bar cutting, punching and forming

•  Machining of sleeves, bushings, shafts and blocks

•  Light structural steel fabrication such as switch racks,
  supports and braces

  • Powder Coating & 3 coat epoxy/urethane wet paint

  • 12’x25’ Powder Booth

  • 10’ x 25’ Curing Oven

  • 12’ x 25’ indoor blast booth with media reclamation.
