AmeriTex Machine & Fab, established in 2002, has set the standard in custom metal fabrication & machining with a combined 57 years of experience at the helm. With consistent growth of our satisfied customer base, AmeriTex has acquired a 17 acre tract of land and built a brand new 30,000 sq.ft. facility completed in March 2009 to continue to meet the needs of our customers.

Lawrence Fennell, CFO of AmeriTex, has 45 years of experience in the sheet metal fabrication industry. Twenty-nine years of that was spent as the owner and principal operator of a multi-million dollar fabrication shop.

Kenneth Fennell, CEO of AmeriTex, has 25 years of experience in the sheet metal fabrication industry. Many years were spent rising up through the ranks of a multi-million dollar fabrication shop, from the shop floor to CEO of the company.
