	Quality - Amada FabriVISION HD Laser inspection. All laser parts are QC'd by the high-tech, laser-based inspection machine. The QC process utilizing the FabriVISION HD increases inspection performance, quality control processes, and production capacity ensuring the customer receives parts matching their exact specifications.
	Performance Laser Cutting - From 26 gauge to 3/4” carbon steel, 1/2” stainless steel, & 3/8" aluminum The Amada 3015 Laser Automation System carries 11 pallets of material in a programmable tower and automatically feeds the laser for non-stop efficiency. The system automatically unloads and stacks finished parts. 4000 watts of power cuts 1/4” steel plate at over 1 inch per second. Fast, accurate, reliable, efficient all mean economical.

	CNC Punching - From 26 gauge to 1/4” steel and up to 7 gauge stainless steel Our Amada EMK 3610 turret punch press is brand new for 2009. It handles 60” x 100” sheets without repositioning. 58 stations with 4 auto-index keep setup to a minimum. Super fast servo punching allows speeds of up to 15 hits per second. Exact control of the punch stroke allows perfect forming operations such as louvers, extrusions, countersinks, knockouts and tabs.

	NC Pressbrake Forming - From 26 gauge to 5/8” steel plate, 10’ x 130 ton and 5’ x 50 ton pressbrakes, both with 7 axis back gauges. Highly accurate, repetitive and fast forming, all programmed by our engineering department from 3D models.

	CNC Machining - Two CNC machining centers and three CNC lathes. Machining Center dimensional capabilities— 24”W X 50”L x 24”D part Lathe dimensional capabilities— 16” dia X 40”L part

	Welding - MIG & TIG Stainless, Aluminum, and Carbon Steel Single Sided Spot Welding Robot Welder - A 78” reach allows our robot to automatically weld out large assemblies and small parts with perfect accuracy and quality again and again.

	Engineering & Design - Every part we make is modeled in 3 dimensions using Solidworks. It is then unfolded via Amada’s Sheetworks and nested with Dr. Abe. We can import customer models from other software packages, 2D parts from DWG or DXF files or start from scratch with hard copies or sample parts to be reverse engineered. Regardless of the format, our extensive engineering on the front end helps assure the accuracy and quality of the finished parts.
