Amada HDS 1303NT Super High Accuracy Electric/Hydraulic Press Brake

The  HDS 1303NT is a 143 ton, down acting, electric/hydraulic press brake with a bed length of 10 feet. There are 106.3" between the frames, with an open height of 19.7". The maximum travel distance of the ram is 7.87", and the maximum bend lenght that can be formed is 127". The ram repeatability is +/-0.00004", while the backgauge can travel 27.55".

Hybrid drive system incorporates AC servo motor driven bi-directional, high efficiency pumps providing high speed ram movement and super accurate ram repeatability. This advanced design offers quick setup,  high speed operation, and increased throughput.

Super accurate, high speed 5-axis backgauge reduces positioning time and easily handles staging of complex parts.

BendCAM off-line programming software further increases the high productivity offered by the HDS 1303NT press brake.

The Globl 30 CNC punch press provides 30 tons of punching capacity, and is engineered for high productivity and reliability.

It is equipped with a 30 station turret, programmable clamps, and four auto indexing stations.

 Press Brake Amada FBD 5012NT

Along with the automation, a new FDB 5012NT press brake was purchased. It has a 55 ton capacity, with the ability to bend 4' of 3/8" plate.

This press brake delivers faster ram speeds and smoother speed transitions that help produce more quality parts per hour.

The machine has an inept ability to produce straight, even bends across the length of the machine.

Sectionalized punch holders that are designed in short, easy-to-handle sections, providing quick set-up and increased productivity.

This machine, like the HDS is Windows 2000 based and furnished with a touch screen control that provides a 3D interactive screen for the operator.
