Amada FO4020 Flying Optic Laser

The laser cuts with precision accuracy and speed. With the ability to move 3,150 inches per minute the laser is both productive and dependable.

The Amada FONT Flying Optic Laser produces intricate and clean cuts in material up to 3/4" carbon steel, 3/8" thick aluminum and will handle 7' x 13' sheets of material.

Precision accuracy of 0.0004"/20" and software driven to cut directly from AutoCad drawings.

X-Axis "dual drive" rack & pinion gantry for precise location at the fastest speeds.

High speed pallet shuttle, and cast iron frame for superior stability.

Water Assisted Cutting System (WACS) uses an adjustable water mist to absorb heat generated by the cutting process to precisely handle thick carbon steel. 

AMS 3015 Laser Automation

The  AMS 3015 in conjunction with the FO 3015 laser will facilitate automated material handling, automated setup, and automate the flow of manufacturing information.

With the AMS 3015, speed and productivity are mathematically predictable and no longer linked to personnel motivation. Pre-programmed commands allow the system to work around the clock with minimal output time after time.
